Before You Write In
Orders are packed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 4–6 working days after that, depending on your location. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. For hygiene reasons we can't accept opened skincare back, but if something arrived damaged or isn't working for your skin, email us — we'll sort it out.
Yes, every formula is 100% vegan and none of our products or ingredients are tested on animals. You'll find this noted on each product page along with the full ingredient list.
We'd recommend it, especially if you have sensitive or reactive skin. Apply a small amount to your inner arm and wait 24 hours before using it on your face.
