We've emailed a prepaid return label to the address on file. Pack the item in its original packaging where possible and drop it off at any Meridian Parcel Co. location within 14 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of us receiving the item.

Unopened, unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Gift sets must be returned as a complete set.
Once we receive your returned item, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to reflect it on your statement.
Yes — mention it in the notes field above and we'll ship the replacement as soon as your return is on its way back to us, rather than waiting for the refund to process first.
We'd prefer it, mainly so the product doesn't get damaged in transit back to us, but it isn't a strict requirement — just pack it securely.
Select "Arrived damaged" as your reason above and we'll prioritize it — damaged items are usually refunded or replaced without needing to be shipped back to us.
